CLASS SCHEDULE

WE ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING ALL CLASSES UNDER COVID -19 PREVENTION PROTOCOLS (as of 2020/11/17 until further notice)

MAX JIU-JITSU ACADEMY ＆ YOGA STUDIO has created its own protocol(see below links) as a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection within the facility and its members. Stage 1 is basically body weight exercises which doesn’t include any physical bodily contact with others. After careful implementation of our protocols, we gradually proceed our level of precautions to Stage 2 which involves slight bodily contact (limiting to the limbs and torso, but avoiding close faca-to-face positions) with only 1 designated partner. As of now, we are proceeding to Stage 3, including physical contact (but only with fully covered face masks on, forming a group of designated 5 members). All classes are on a reservation basis, with the maximum occupancy of 10-15 depends on the Stage of the class.

Even under the current COVID-19 situation, we still offer a free trial class,from any Stage 1 class, which doesn’t involve any physical contact but using your own body weight and movements. Please feel free to contact us for more info. Reservation required.

The academy opening time is between 15 minutes prior to & after classes, other than that the door is closed to the public.

Academy & Studio Closing Days

We are closed on Mondays, and also such days when Jiu-Jitsu/Grappling competitions and other events go on, and end of a year and New Year time. We are also closed for consecutive national holidays and Japanese traditional seasonal holidays. Please check our calendar.
