Self-defense Free Introductory Class this Wednesday 830pm
I’m conducting a self-defense technique class on this Wednesday evening from 830pm.
I’ll share some of the basic self-defense technique to those who are interested in Jiu-Jitsu but couldn’t take one step in to it, or who are looking for some good work out with real effectiveness in street self-defense and also reducing weights for fitness at the same time.
I’ve been training this amazing martial art since 1998. Since 2004, I have been running my own Jiu-Jitsu and yoga Studio as a head instructor under the name of Max Jiu-Jitsu Academy & Yoga Studio in Sumida, TOKYO. I’ve been holding a rank of black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for several years.
This class is designed for anyone who is interested in trying this martial art from professional athletes to who enjoys sitting on a couch all day but looking for a ways to make some change un his/her life. No physical attributes required. No previous athletic experiences including martial arts required.
I will show you sone simple, easy to do and renember, yet most effective ways to protect yourself in a dangerous situations against physical attacks that you might encounter in the street, dark alley or parking lot late in the evening, or maybe some party occasions, and maybe at your own home…
Gracie Jiu-Jitsu has been known as a form most effective martial art in terms of self-defense where you can use technique and leverage to overcome the advantage in fighting by mere physical strength and body size and weight.
